Information we collect
Membership and tournament forms collect player and contact details, emergency contact details where requested, payment references, and privacy and waiver acceptance. The enquiry form collects your name, email, topic and message.
Why we collect it
We use live registration information to administer memberships and events, verify payments and contact participants. Optional marketing consent is separate.
Who can access it
Authorised Sydney Roundnet execs can access private registration and payment-administration records. Approved team names and divisions appear publicly after payment is verified; player emails, mobile numbers and emergency contacts stay private.
Storage and retention
Registration records, accepted waiver versions, enquiries and transactional email records are stored privately in Firebase, separately from public website content. Authorised execs administer these records. Contact the club about access, correction or deletion; the club may need to keep some records for event, accounting or other obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of live records, or withdraw optional marketing consent, by contactingContact us.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional. We load neither provider until you accept its category. Analytics measures pages, clicks, video use and time spent actively using the site. Meta measures advertising visits and successful registrations or enquiries. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, waiver details or payment information as tracking events. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address, device/browser information and page address, and may process it overseas. Rejecting tracking does not prevent you from registering or using the website.
